1. What is Power Washing?

2. Is pressure washing and power washing the same thing?
No Pressure washing is using high pressure water only to strip or clean a surface.
Power Washing is using a detergent to clean a surface without the need of high-pressure water to restore the original finished look.
3. What are the benefits of Power Washing?

6. Are all Power Washing Companies the same?

7. Can you recover waste water when required by the E.P.A.?
Yes, when required we use a recovery system to reuse water and only use biodegradable and eco-friendly detergents that are approved for use in exterior surface cleaning on both residential and commercial properties.
8. Do you require access to an exterior water source?
All property power washing requires an outside water source to be turned on and active before we arrive unless we are specifically bringing a water source to the location.
9. Is there a such thing as a zero-maintenance building material?
Not when the material is exposed to the uv rays and weather conditions. All siding, patio’s concrete and pool decks will require annual maintenance and cleaning.
10. What are the blue, green and black stains on my house and gutters?
It’s a combination of mold, dirt, pollen and algae created by dampness from the last of sunlight more often seen on the northside of most properties in the mid-west.
11. Will your power washing damage our property?
We train all of our staff on how to use our equipment and soft solutions in the field on properties by the owner to prevent any chance of damaging property. 12. Does your power washing get water behind our siding on our house?
Absolutely not. We do an onsite inspection before power washing any surface to confirm that there isn’t any opening, damaged areas or areas in question that might need any special care. In 29 years, we have never had an issue with water damaging a property.
13. What is soft washing?
Soft washing is using a detergent for cleaning vinyl, wood, composite, metal, plastic or any hard surface without the need for aggressive water techniques which allows us to provide a better power washing job with less risk in damaging the surface material being cleaned. Protecting the surface, we clean is our first priority and cleaning the surface is always second.
14. When do you recommend using soft wash cleaning vs pressure washing?
Depends mostly on the surface material we are cleaning and the age of the material. Most surface we Power Wash only soft washing the surface for the best results removing mold and algae.
15. Is mold dangerous to your health?
Yes, mold can cause health issues specifically breathing issues. We remove 99% of mold and bacteria from the surface we are cleaning to provide a healthy environment for entertaining friends, family and pets for many years to come.
16. We received an estimate, offer or coupon with a lower cost to complete the Power Washing. Why are your estimate higher?

17. How often should we Power Wash our house?
There are a lot of determining factors like the weather, shade, rain, trees and pollen. We recommend that our client’s do a visual inspection on all 4 sides of their properties in March and October each year to determine if our Power Washing Service is required.
18. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we offer an industry leading power washing service on houses, concrete, patios, decks, retaining walls, chimney’s, siding, stucco, wood, glass and aluminum.
24. Do you clean gutters?
Yes, we clean the gutters from the ground on the outside and the results very based on the age and condition of the paint and clearcoat finish on the gutter system. If the property has experienced a lack of maintenance and power washing you may be that the paint and clearcoat finish has been disturbed.
25. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

26. What type of residential exterior cleaning do you all offer?

27. Can you remove white stains from brick?
Absolutely. This isn’t an issue and in most cases its because of the lime deposits in the brick, concrete or soil in the area bleeding thru the brick.
28. Do you offer real time text message about arrival times for service?
Yes, we will generally notify you with a text or phone call just to let you know we will be accessing the property to provide the cleaning as requested.
29. Do I need to be home while you are working?
No, we offer online estimating and service with before and after pictures of every job to make sure we are all on the same page. After the work is completed, we will secure the payment for service.
30. What are your payment options?
We are currently accepting payments using Cash, Checks, Venmo, Apple Pay and Paypal.
Credit card payment are processed adding a 3% processing fee. We recommend using one of the other payment options.
31. Do you offer discounts for more than one customer at a time?
Yes, we will look at all properties and provide individual pricing to each homeowner directly with an individual price and group pricing upon request.
